A textured acrylic painting of a skull with mushrooms growing out of the cranium painted onto a wood slice approximately  26x24cm, and sealed with a mat varnish.
 
There is a hook on the back of the wood slice to allow for hanging, and cork stoppers at the bace to protect walls.
