This beautiful Art Deco inspired design features the Spanish Moon Moth on a fanning Art Deco background. 
Two Lino blocks have been carved by hand (one for each layer of the print) by carving out the negative design out from the block of Lino, leaving the positive printable aria. 
The deep blue acid free archival paper is then laid over the inked Lino and hand burnished, to transfer the print onto the paper. Once the Gold layer is dry and sealed the proses is repeated for the black layer. 
Due to the handmade nature of the print, varying levels of ink and pressure is applied to each print meaning that each print is unique and truly individual. 
We currently have one seconds print on offer (this is shown in the picture and has a missing section of the print along the top edge, and torn top layer of paper)
The print measures approximately 24X24cm (9 1/2" X 9 1/2") 
The edges of the print have been torn to create the deckled edges, which lends its self beautifully to float mounting.
